Our Company in DUBAI BIN BELAILA AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANC MEP Co L.L.C.has been awarded by the main contractor NUROL L.L.C. to perform MEP services of JUMEIRAH VILLAGE TRIANGLE ZONE(1)-856 VILLAS, with a total of 203 000 sqm covered area, which is still under construction in Dubai / U.A.E.

JUMEIRAH PARK (PACKAGE 6) 335 NOS. 3 BEDROOM VILLAS

The MEP works of 335 NOS. 3 BEDROOM VILLAS OF JUMEIRAH VILLAGE PACKAGE 6 with total built up area of 105,000 sqm, which are under construction in Dubai, have been awarded to our Dubai Company, BIN BELAILA AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANC MEP CO. LLC by the main contractor BIN BELAILA BAYTUR GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC.

RIXOS OTTOMAN PALACE HOTEL PROJECT

Our Dubai company BIN BELAILA AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANC MEP Co. LLC has won the contract to perform electrical and electronic installations works of seven stars RIXOS OTTOMAN PALACE HOTEL PROJECT of 110.000 sqm. which is under construction in the west crescent of first man made island Palm Jumeirah of Dubai.

PALM DEIRA NAKHEEL’S SALES OFFICE

The MEP servives as supply and installation of the first building PALM DEIRA NAKHEEL’S SALES OFFICE with a total covered area of 18000 sqm on the second man made island in Dubai have been awarded to our Dubai company BIN BELAILA AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANC MEP Co. LLC by the main contractor ZSML CONSTRUCTION.

CAPITAL CITY MOSCOW

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by the main contractor ANT YAPI INDUSTRY & TRADING CO. LTD. to perform all the electrical and electronic services of the apartment, office, shopping complex CAPITAL CITY containing 75 floors residential MOSCOW TOWER, 64 floors residential ST. PETERSBURG TOWER, shopping center, offices, underground parking and technical parts totally 330.000 sqm in area.

ISTANBUL SAPPHIRE

The electrical and electronics works of the 62-storey tallest tower of Turkey with its 261m height, ISTANBUL SAPPHIRE BUILDINGS, have been awarded to AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. by the main contractor BİSKON İNŞAAT A.Ş. With its 179,231 sqm including car park area, the tower will be mix use for residential and shopping purposes.

ASTRAKHAN MULTIFUNCTIONAL SHOPPING CENTER

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by the Main Contractor KOCAK INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION TOURISM INDUSTRY & TRADING CO LTD to perform electrical, electronics and mechanical works of ASTRAKHAN MULTIFUNCTIONAL SHOPPING CENTER with a total built up area of 80,000 sqm in Astrakhan, Russian Federation.

TUSHINO ENTERTAINMENT AND SHOPPING CENTER

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by the main contractor ANT YAPI INDUSTRY & TRADING CO. LTD to perform all the electrical and electronic services of TUSHINO ENTERTAINMENT AND SHOPPING CENTER, with a total built up area of 107,291 sqm, which is under construction in Moscow, Russian Federation.

WESTERNGATE BUSINESS PARK

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by main contractor ART STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION LTD. to perform all the electrical and electronic works of WESTERNGATE BUSINESS PARK with a total of 64 350 sqm covered area, which is still under construction in Moscow /Russian Federation.

TYOPLY STAN SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by the main contractor MONOTEK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY & TRADING Co LTD to perform all electrical and electronic services of TYOPLY STAN SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER with a total built up area of 56,000 sqm, which is under construction in Moscow, Russian Federation.

VOLGAMALL SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by main contractor KOCAK INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY & TRADING CO LTD. to perform all the electrical and electronic works of VOLGAMALL SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER with a total of 45 000 sqm covered area which is still under construction in Volgograd /Russian Federation.

THEATRE OF DRAMA AND COMEDY

AE ARMA-ELEKTROPANÇ A.Ş. has been awarded by main contractor KONTEK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY & TRADING CO. LTD. to perform all the electrical and electronic works of THEATER OF DRAMA AND COMEDY with a total of 32 000 sqm covered area which is still under construction in Tyumen /Russian Federation.
